A very simple pancake batter for those with limited safe ingredients. Named after Crissy, who engineered this particular version of quinoa pancakes. 🙂
Use safe-for-you ingredients!
Note from Crissy: I kind of eyeball everything, add more or less to get them how you want them.
– 1.75 cups (12 oz) quinoa soaked overnight and thoroughly rinsed
-2 heaping tbsp arrowroot or other starch, could prob sub applesauce
-around a tsp of baking soda
-1/8 to 1/4 tsp salt
-1 tbsp sugar
-1 1/4 cup water (add more or less as needed)

Blend on high in blender until very smooth. Cook the way you’d cook regular pancakes.
