1 Medium Avocado
4 Tbsp Sour Cream (approx)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ranch Spice mix (see below)

1. Remove skin and seed from avacado, and place it in a food processor with the lemon juice and salt. Puree until slightly chunky.

2. Add 1 Tbsp sour cream to the avacado mixture and puree until smooth. Remove avocado mixture and line the bottom of a small bowl (roughly 1-2 cup sized bowl)

3. In another small bowl, mix 3-4 Tbsp sour cream with the spice mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture along the top of the avocado.

(This serves 2 people. Double or Triple to serve more. To decorate, place a few specks of dried or fresh parsley on the top of dip and serve.)

 

Ranch Spice Mix: mix all of the following in a small baggie and store to use as needed.

1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
